Beef and Hummus Pizza

1 pound lean ground beef (or you can use lean steak)
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup Hummus
1 prebaked pizza crust (Storebought or homemade)
1 1/4 cups shredded Moterey Jack
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Tomatoe Slices*Optional*
Cucumber slices *Optional*

Preheat oven to 400. In a skillet combine beef, onion and garlic and coo until beef is browned and onions are tender. Place pizza crust on a cookie sheet and spread with hummus. Top with 1/4 cup Monterey cheese. Drain beef and sprinkle over pizza. Top with remaining Monterey  cheese and Parmesan. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and begining to brown. Top with parsley (tomotoe and cucumber if desired) and serve.
