1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
1/2 cup of boiling water
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add in the butter, and whisk until melted and well Incorporated.
Reduce heat while still whisking. Slowly add in the powdered milk, stirring constantly, until dissolved. Whisk until the mixture has boiled down to the thickness you're looking for. Let cool slightly and pour into a blender. Pulse to ensure no lumps.
Cool, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week....
