Treating body aches while you're sick or from day to day actvities....
I have a few tips to help ease that achy body when you're sick....
-Ibuprofen!
It has been known that taking just one ibuprofen on your sick days, can ease muscle aches.
-Epsom Salts!
Each night, take a hot bath with Epsom salts. Epsom salts will not only ease sore muscles, it will also help to detoxify your body, speeding recovery. If you have sore feet, a foot soak in Epsom salts will relieve a lot of the aches.
-Drink a glass of Chocolate milk!
If your stomach can handle it, this always helps me. They say it helps muscles recover after workouts, being sick or injury...who would have thought?
-Achy back?
Peppermint oil rubbed into the muscles helps relieve aches and pains. Eucalyptus oil also helps.
-Vitamin D and magnesium!
Often those body aches come due to a lack of vitamins. Magnesium has also been know to help leg aches.

I am so sick right now with the flu for the second time in a week...didn't know it was possible. As the mother of 10; 8 still at home, I don't have time to be sick! Thanks for the tips.
